Budget Cuts Take Away the Fun for Horsies

According to the Baltimore Sun budget cuts may prevent city residents from getting their random doses of cuteness. Our uniform clad polices officers riding around on horses may soon be no more. Those horses have often brought bright spots to my day and it was my only real excuse to ever chat with an officer. Plus I like the old-time feel of horses just roaming around the streets.

So if the horses lose their funding and the Arabbers lose their funding the only animal life we will see in the city is puppies and rats. Bummer.
